A Buccellati brooch-pendant centered on a cushion-cut orange citrine of more than 15 carats — GIA-certified natural quartz — framed by a garland of marquise-cut peridot, round pink tourmaline, and twelve VS brilliant-cut diamonds, all in 18-karat yellow gold. A folding bail lets it wear as a brooch or, on the included 18k gold chain, as a pendant. Signed Buccellati. Approximately 1½ inches square.
