Our commitment to every piece we sell.

Our Guarantee

Every piece we sell is guaranteed to be exactly as described — with careful examination of hallmarks, signatures, and construction to confirm each piece's maker and origin.

Estate and vintage pieces are sold in their current condition. Each is inspected and serviced as needed before it reaches you, and we're glad to answer any questions about condition before you buy.

In the rare event that a piece is found not to be as represented — whether its attributed maker, the purity of its precious metals, or the genuineness of its gemstones — we will refund your purchase in full.

Condition & Grading

Estate and vintage pieces are sold as-is. Every estate and vintage piece is graded for condition as honestly and accurately as we can, and its grade appears on the listing. Here's what each grade means:

Excellent — Little visible wear. Presents close to new.

Very Good — Light wear from gentle use; minor surface marks visible only on close inspection.

Good — Moderate wear consistent with age and regular use — light scratches or patina, structurally sound.

Fair — Well-worn, with visible scratches, patina, or minor past repair; sound and wearable.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, and damage from improper care or unauthorized repair fall outside our guarantee. We recommend insuring valuable pieces separately.

Ongoing Care

Should you wish to have a piece you purchased from us serviced or repaired — separate from anything covered by our guarantee — we'd be glad to review it and provide a quote along with an estimated timeframe.
