A convertible riviera necklace — a graduated line of round brilliant diamonds in platinum that dips to a soft V at the front. From it hangs a detachable pendant: an emerald-cut Brazilian emerald of 3.3 carats — AGL-certified as natural, with only minor clarity enhancement, a deep and transparent green — framed by a diamond halo above a fringe of baguette, round, and pear-shaped diamond tassels. Lift the emerald drop away and the piece is worn as a diamond riviera alone. Approximately 28.4 carats of diamonds in all, F–G color and VS clarity, set in platinum and 18-karat white gold. The riviera is about 17 inches; the pendant drop about 3 inches.
